We live in a sex heavy society. Really, we are sexual beings. But what does the bible say? If we are true Christians, shouldn't we seek first His way of doing and being right [Matthew 6:33]. As believers it is our job to show the world how to put sex in its proper place, before and during marriage.

Online Dating

This checked out ok. The bible has no problem with people meeting each other online. Remember, technology in itself is neither good or evil. Its an extension of the person who is using it. Be sure not to mislead people just because they are online, but, do project your best self. Also, be safe and only meet people face to face if its in a public area.

Litorotica and Pornography

Nope. Didn't check out. Whether its litorotica or porn, God wants us to manage our thoughts, will and emotions with His precepts instead [Psalm 119:15]. When we do, He promises us more fulfillment than we can find in any book, magazine or website [Job 36:11].

Oral Sex

Aha. A tricky one. This question would be the same as any other kind of sex. Yes! If it is in the framework of marriage. But no if it is not. That means you can't step out on your spouse just for oral sex. And even if it is being done in marriage, it shouldn't be done because of pressure to do so. It should be an intimate act of sharing between the two spouses.
Heavy Petting

Yet still another tricky one. But to be safe, we are going to say no. God meant for heavy physical engagement to be reserved for marriage, and for good reason. When this is done outside of marriage, the emotions can cloud our judgement, and cause us to make bad decisions going in to begin with [Song 8:4.]. However when it is done within marriage, it causes us to lower our guards and trust our spouse more, allowing for better bonding.

Remember as Christians we are to be salt and light in the world. We do this by looking to Gods word for the answers before not after we act.
